Policies

Cancellations, deposits, late fee's and rescheduling fee's.

Late Payments

Client acknowledges that payment is due immediately upon completion of a scheduled service period without further invoice or notice. All late fee’s will be additional $15 to invoice after 48 hours of not receiving payment, failure to pay within 7 days will be an additional $25 late fee in addition to the first $15 late fee charge. An advance deposit may be required whenever warranted in the sole judgment of The Buddies. In the event it is necessary to initiate collection proceedings on the account, Client will be responsible for all attorney’s fees and costs of collection. 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

ANY cancellation or rescheduling made for ANY service with exception to overnight care, should be given a 24 hour notice prior to scheduled appointment, any cancellation or rescheduling made within the 24 hour period will be subject to pay a $10 fee. If an overnight care service needs to be cancelled, cancellation MUST be done 72 hours prior to the start of service, if cancellation is made within a 72 hour period Client is subject to pay a $50 cancellation fee. If client needs to reschedule overnight care services, rescheduling must be done within a 48 hour period prior to first day of service, if rescheduling request is made within 48 hours of scheduled service then there will be a $10 rescheduling fee added to invoice. When rescheduling, client MUST provide new dates, if dates are not given it will be considered a cancellation.  

Payments & Deposits

Payment is currently cash, check, checks must be made payable to “The Buddies.” venmo @thebuddieswalk or online through your client portal on Time to Pet which is secured through Stripe.

A non refundable 50% deposit will be required for ALL overnights.

Deposits will be required at the time of booking.
